CLUB VALUES

Proper education and well-being of our LIESC youth players and teams are held in the highest regard

  • All youth players who have the ability, commitment, and desire to play competitive soccer will be given the opportunity to grow in the LIESC environment
  • All who do not have the ability to pay financially will be required to fundraise and volunteer to meet the LIESC financial requirements.
  • All IESSC players will be held to high academic standards as education in the classroom is vital to succeeding in the field.
  • Positive results go much further than solely match statistics with the LIESC club. Proper player development and collegiate exposure will surely come to the LIESSC club players, but never at the expense of jeopardizing the club values and ethics.
  • All teams will operate off an approved budget.
  • The clubs desire is to have LIESC coaches that have a significant amount of collegiate, professional playing and/or coaching experience but all coaches will be evaluated by the coaching committee for acceptance.
  • All representatives of LIESC, including but not limited to players, coaches, & parents will conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner at all team and club functions.
  • Open and honest communication between the LIESC Board and the LIESC members (Players, Coaches, and Parents) is highly encouraged providing an appropriate time and place are designated. The communication should also be handled in a professional and tasteful manner that addresses significant issues and/or concerns.

MISSION & VISION

Club Mission Statement: Legends Inland Empire Soccer Club is an approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and exists to create a rich and open environment for youth players to develop on all levels of the game of soccer including technical mastery, tactical intelligence, physical prowess, and psychological strength.

In addition to the strong individual development that exists, Legends IE SC has created a unified and professional culture that produces unforgettable experiences and cultivates lifelong relationships for players and their families.

By focusing on the total development of a player both on and off the field, LIESC will create opportunities for our youth players to grow into exceptional young men and women that will play at the highest club, collegiate, and professional levels.

Vision of Legends Inland Empire Soccer Club: LIESC will continually strive to be the premier club in the Inland Empire that competes at the highest level, provides professional organization and structure and creates opportunities for players to play at the collegiate and professional levels. We will create an enriched environment that players and coaches can properly develop, parents can afford to enjoy, and administration can be unified.

OUR PRIVATE TRAINING FACILITY

Our players train and have home games at our private facility: IE Soccer Complex .

We are the only youth soccer club in Southern California with a private facility thanks to the generosity of Jay and Pam Lowry founders of Blast Soccer Club, the original name of our club.

The IE Soccer Complex was built in 1997 in land owned by the San Bernardino Water District and our club holds a 20-year lease on it extending into 2030.
